Purchases, Pricing & Product Information

  • Products, prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice; typographical errors may be corrected and orders affected by such errors may be cancelled.
  • An order is confirmed only after full payment is received and a confirmation email is issued.
  • Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT.
  • Images are for illustration purposes; slight variations may occur due to craftsmanship, natural stones, lighting, or screen settings.

Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

The Shipping & Returns Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and applies to all purchases.

KÁSIE is not responsible for delays due to couriers, customs, holidays, or events beyond our control. Once an order is dispatched, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. In case of damage or loss in transit, contact info@kasie.com promptly so we can assist with a claim.

  • Custom-made, engraved, or special-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • For purchases above 3,000 ILS, eligible returns receive store credit only.
  • We may decline a return if an item is worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Warranty & Repairs

KÁSIE pieces are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, improper care, loss, or theft. We reserve the right to inspect and assess any repair or replacement request.

Privacy

We collect essential personal information (name, email, address, payment details) to process orders and provide support. Data is stored securely and is not sold or shared with third parties, except trusted providers assisting with payment, logistics, or communications, or where required by law. Prohibited Uses

  • Automated scraping, crawling, or data mining without written consent.
