If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us — we’ll do our best to assist you.
Please note that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on custom-made, engraved, or special-order pieces.
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in perfect condition, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Purchases above 3,000 ILS are non-refundable. In such cases, a store credit will be issued for future use within the brand.

- Engraved items
- Gift cards
- Deposits for bespoke designs

Shipping & Delivery
We offer complimentary shipping on all orders.
Please allow up to 7 business days for standard shipping. Custom-made or personalized pieces may require additional time due to their unique nature.
For urgent requests, please reach out to us at info@kasie.com and we’ll do our best to prioritize your order.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

- Europe: up to 14 business days
- United States & Australia: 1–3 weeks
- Worldwide: up to 3 weeks
